The TPS encapsulation series is a thermoplastic elastomer made by physical blending of SEBS/PP as the main material. The material has excellent coating adhesion, aging resistance, low compression permanent deformation, and a wide range of hardness. Mainly using dual color injection molding or secondary injection molding process, firmly bonded with hard substrates such as PP, PMMA/ASA, ABS, PA, etc. Widely used in car edge banding, car A/B pillar wrapping, etc., providing functions such as anti slip, shock absorption, sealing, and improving product texture.
