TPV Extrusion Series
The TPV extrusion series is prepared using dynamic vulcanization technology, which combines the elasticity of vulcanized rubber with the processing characteristics of thermoplastic. The material has excellent weather resistance, tear resistance, sealing performance, and surface appearance. The main processing method is extrusion molding, which requires drying at 100 ℃ for 2-3 hours to achieve soft hard co extrusion and multi-layer co extrusion. Widely used in fields such as automotive sealing strips, automotive edging strips, automotive internal and external water cutting, automotive guide grooves, automotive pipes, etc., it has environmental advantages of low cost, easy processing, and recyclability.
